Daily Duties at Related Management:
Promoted to position to provide leadership and oversight for property account management; manage accounts for over 1100 residents. Ensure accurate financial reporting by reconciling monthly General Ledger, analyzing month-end financials and accrual financial statements, preparing adjusting journal entries for several properties, and executing monthly closing. Assist in preparation of annual budget and reconcile monthly site expenditure and variances.
