Daily Duties at Gevity/Innergy Lending:

• Provide advice and recommendation on the client’s overall human capital management strategy. • Provide excellent client services with courteous and professional phone manner. • Identifies and established core value propositions between client and Gevity. • Builds individualized organizational assessment of clients operation, environment and business goals. • Proactively manages client relationships to achieve the client’s expected outcome while seeking opportunities of enhanced revenue development and account penetration. • Gather and maintain client service data in Oracle. Process payroll and maintain employee data. • Supervised migration from Oracle to ADP Totalsource and Pay Expert. • Maintain employee data of rate changes, tax forms and garnishments. Provide payroll reconciliation to Accounts Payable and Operations. • Provide and supervise open enrollment.
