Daily Duties at Adp (Automatic Data Processing, Inc.),:

• Responsible for leading the service team to deliver a high level of quality and service to all clients • Directs the workflow of the team for all activities necessary to process payroll; ensures that all accounting and auxiliary system requirements are met • Assists in the implementation and integration of newly acquired clients into the payroll system • Imports external pay files into Enterprise Payroll Software • Performs pre-production audits prior to release of payroll; audits payroll output and provides recap to client liaison • Manages all client projects, issues logs, and year end requirements • Process XPAT payrolls • Responsible for day-to-day operational account management of the client and deliverables • Ensures internal controls are followed relating to payroll records and that these controls are maintained and monitored on a continuing basis that result in the timely and accurate payroll reporting to all client locations • Effectively applies client payroll policies and procedures; ensures compliance with all applicable tax regulations and wage and hour laws • Maintains integrity and confidentiality of Enterprise Payroll database • Ensures that all processing and production functions are SAS 70 compliant • Maintain interfaces to ensure they are loaded into EV4 correctly • Maintaining managerial reports to ensure we keep the client’s expected percentage is met on the SLA’s
