Daily Duties at Benefitfocus:

• Manage multiple external relationships with clients - Employer Groups • Manage project artifacts, schedules, risks and action items • Manage the scope of a project and drive it through to completion • Act as liaison/facilitator across marketing, sales, technical and operations departments • Coordinate project responsibilities and maintain project plans/timelines for each client • Manage expectations among stakeholders involved in the implementation process • Lead business requirements gathering discussions • Lead discussions in business process changes at client sites and internally • Provide requirements documentation for external dissemination • Understand the value of project management tools such as scope documentation, change requests and cost benefit analysis • Coordinate on-site training sessions as needed • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Benefitfocus applications • Travel both during and after integration
