Daily Duties at Level 3 Communications:

Managed and sold services interconnecting multiple office locations over a private MPLS or private network infrastructure for both national and international clients. Served in a hybrid role managing a 5-member team while also directing service delivery, billing, building / working on networks, collaborating on voice / video / web conferencing, content delivery (media, and E-commerce), and introducing newer lines of business to pre-existing customers.
