Daily Duties at South Arkansas Community College:
Administration, update, security, and backup of three related websites, southark.edu, ElDoradoConferenceCenter.com, and SouthArkExpo.com. Ensure best standards and design practices including ADA requirements. Keep abreast of current security issues and patches. Foster communication with division chairs, department heads and program directors regarding current content. Perform content management training to employees and users. Negotiate vendor contracts and manage key relationships. Address and service the IT and VA needs of customers in the El Dorado Conference Center. Troubleshoot, repair and otherwise address IT, AV and digital concerns as they arise.
