Daily Duties at At&T Government Solutions:
I provide day to day oversight within the entire program of 67 employees. This includes the operations of the facilities, scheduling (both employees and vendors), billing, cost control, configuration management, logistics, and maintenance and repair. I compose memos, power point presentations, program policies, and statement of work for vendor solicitation. I maintain an operating budget of $11M a year in labor and other direct costs as well as an average of $10M in special projects annually. I write employee appraisals as well as employee mentoring and coaching. I write recommendation to the customers so they can make important decisions that are costs savings as well as prevention of lost time. I oversee the required corporate and specialized training requirements and ensure that all employees are trained for their jobs and positions. I make recommendations for promotions as well as pay raises. I verify bills and approve payments to vendors and time sheets for employees.
