Manage multiple clients software implementation projects for windows based ERP, Wireless Warehouse Management and third party products. Create and maintain short term and long term project plans with Microsoft Project. Coordinate internal teams to meet client requirements for hardware, installation, training, development and support of implementation plan. Maintain clear communications with executive teams internally and externally on project progress. Perform Business Analysis identifying key business requirements of clients and project risks due to functional gaps, resistance to adaptation, availability of resources.
