Daily Duties at Marriott Vacations:
Primarily responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Owner Relations and Customer Relations staff at MVCI corporate headquarters. Acted on behalf of senior management to satisfactorily resolve customer service exceptions, ensuring a timely response to customer issues, training and empowering staff to serve as customer advocates and implement proactive measures that resulted in increased customer satisfaction. Also responsible for evaluating customer feedback, managing statistical reporting and data collection, and disseminating relevant information to the MVCI Executive Committee
