 Succeeded in increasing RCI Guest Service Scores in four consecutive quarters through implementing proven strategies for improving customer service.  Assumed responsibility for sustaining the profitability and management and of a vacation ownership resort with 721 luxury villas.  Managed a dedicated team of 180 employees working under four departments, and monitored a $6 million annual budget.  Coached and personally trained staff to ensure compliance with Hilton Standards of Product and Performance; implemented cost and quality controls, and immediately diffused problem areas.
