Played a key role in the launch of a new 1,000-room convention resort hotel located in an international tourist destination. Developed and successfully implemented key policies and procedures; planning and managed an annual operating budget of $3 million. Supervised hiring and training of personnel; motivated 60 front-of-the house associates to excel in team performance, while guest satisfaction through the consistent delivery of quality service.
