Daily Duties at Windstream Communications:
Responsible for driving Call Center Team of 50 people to meet/exceed wireline revenue goals, reduce churn, and grow the base of accounts. Also responsible for managing all sales activities with a focus on retaining valued customers, gaining more wallet share of our account base, and the acquisition of new customers and developing and executing all strategic plans in conjunction with Operations, Sales and Marketing leadership.
