Promoted to restructure and realign Sysco East’s $250 million operation that experienced lagging sales and excessive operating costs. During this time, I revised the leadership team, introduced activity based compensation (ABC) structure, and Co-authored the Fresh Express concept and delivery service for major customers in the Milwaukee area. We increased revenues by $3 million, reduced operating costs by 13% and repositioned Sysco East to achieve “Most Improved Operating Company” for Sysco Operations. My Day to day responsibilities where to solve Operational issues, ensure that Merchandising was executing to plan and following strategy developed. Worked with the Executive team to ensure the best possible outcome for the team.
