Establish a target retailer target list that would lead to fast and credible sales. Call on those retailers and make sales, Find sales brokers that could facilitate meetings for sales activation. Establish a priority of opening Drug Stores to lend credibility to the product line. Partnered with another medical non competing medical line to share medical and pharmacy event costs. Worked with the graphic department to create medical sales collateral material. Used the nurse education events to sign up medical offices and clinics for "Doctor Detailing", developed and administrated a sampling program that directed the patients with chronic dry skin to newly activated Food Drug and Mass Market retailers by printing the retailers name on the samples. Developed front end selling tools like an 18 pcs.display and clip strips with 1 oz trial size to drive product adoption and increase sales. Developed shelf talkers to showcase product benefits. Developed product stickers to showcase product benefits. responsible for attending Medical distributor shows Like those with McKesson, Amerisource Bergen and others to increase sales with Independent drug stores. Developed marketing programs like direct mail and sample request drives through Hamacher to increase product awareness with Independent drug stores. Set up pharmacist trainings with Drug and grocery chain stores. Drove the relationships with new retailers like CVS, HEB, Bartell Drug, Kinney drug, Hy Vee, A&P Markets and many others. Implemented and was the prime mover in the "Real Results" Marketing campaign that leveraged Before and after pictures for in store marketing efforts. Contracted outside brokers.
