Member of the first iPhone Ship Team, wrote tests and automated scripts, and aided developers in setting up unit tests for Amdocs ATG web-based SOAP message ecommerce BI Billing Systems project. Coordinated with Release Management, Development Teams, Project Managers, QA, and stakeholders to schedule the use of testing environments for IT releases. Managed and maintained Jira. Managed the complete lifecycle of business orders. Tracked data requirements, generated test data, and troubleshot subsystems. Executed SQL queries and accessed UNIX machines across networks for file manipulation and accuracy. Supported testing teams with troubleshooting technical problems related to environment and data issues. Designed and maintained a repository for test data and identified/resolved infrastructure risks before they adversely affected QA projects. Administered integration tests, wrote bug reports (JIRA), and performed regression tests.
