Member of the first iPhone Ship Team, wrote tests and automated scripts, and aided developers in setting up unit tests for Amdocs ATG web-based SOAP message ecommerce BI Billing Systems project.  Coordinated with Release Management, Development Teams, Project Managers, QA, and stakeholders to schedule the use of testing environments for IT releases.  Managed and maintained Jira.  Managed the complete lifecycle of business orders.  Tracked data requirements, generated test data, and troubleshot subsystems.  Executed SQL queries and accessed UNIX machines across networks for file manipulation and accuracy.  Supported testing teams with troubleshooting technical problems related to environment and data issues.  Designed and maintained a repository for test data and identified/resolved infrastructure risks before they adversely affected QA projects. Administered integration tests, wrote bug reports (JIRA), and performed regression tests.
