Project Manager for big mission-critical SAP BI ERP Change Management projects for curing infectious diseases and birth defects.  Developed and implemented Program Management Office (PMO) standards, procedures, samples, templates, best practices, tools, and framework.  Developed, implemented, and maintained Program Management Office (PMO) dashboard.  Provide project/program metrics, and analytics to support business and executive decision making.  Provided reporting of programs and projects budget health.  Identified potential risks to program/project execution and provided mitigation recommendations.  Managed, tracked, and reported on team’s all-up budget.  Analyzed and reviewed production plans, schedules, and requirements to recommend engineering change effectively.  Prepared written reports to management regarding status of projects and assignments that may include technical specifications, test results, equipment operating efficiency, costs, and schedules.  Created Project Charter  Created and maintained project plans (MS Project).  Created Stakeholder Registry  Created and maintained WBS  Created and maintained Risk Register.
