Program/Project Manager for T-Mobile’s EQM Command Center orchestrating of testing and preparation of implementation of SAP code deployments to IT Production environments.  Orchestrated infrastructure and software development project lifecycles.  Effectively managed time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments.  Track and achieve KPIs including daily statistics.  Assessed the impact of new requirements on an existing set of complex projects.  Supported rapidly changing, multi-tasking environment.  Performed triage across multiple processes with confidence and drove resolution.
