Administer a portfolio of 31 global applications, ensuring availability, incident resolution and performance including adherence to SLA. Anticipate, prevent, and manage risks, develop, maintain, and catalogue recovery plans, and coordinate regular disaster recovery testing to analyze and modify plans as needed. Developed capacity plans and forecasts, maintained change and release management procedures. Supported internal stakeholders, and employed industry standard ITILV3 practices through ServiceNow and BMC Remedy systems.
