Recruiting, hiring, training and termination of staff, with delegation to administrative, clinical, surgical scheduling and reimbursement support teams, and cross-training across teams; Establish policies and procedures, improve processes; Implementation of software and voice technologies to increase staff effectiveness; Payroll and Accounts Payable duties. Prepare agendas and chair meetings of team and providers. 
