Project Manager for NextGen EPM & EHR implementations for both private practices and hospital-owned medical practices responsible for coordination of multiple resources for both phased and “big bang” implementations NextGen KBM 8.3 upgrade preparations including software testing, issue reporting, re-testing, and communicating client needs to developers (also upgrade from NextGen EPM/EHR from 5.6 to 5.7 and to 5.8) Evaluation of workflows, System build & configuration for optimal use End-user training (classroom, train-the-trainer, and “at-the-elbow”) with creation of training materials  Onsite Go-Live support, on-going Post-Live support, phone and desktop support in Citrix Thin client environment PQRS and Meaningful Use reporting and ACO analytics and research to move further toward population health and advance quality goals Support revenue cycle by set up of registration, referral & authorization processes, configuration of claim edits, report design, and automation of claim submission, ERA import, eligibility checking and appointment voice reminders to aid practice financial performance  Frequent collaboration with team members to achieve goals and solve problems Participate in NextGen Friendly Friday, MU webinars, LCUG monthly calls  Selected to represent FMH at initial meeting of the Ambulatory IS teams from the three merging entities of Trivergent Health Alliance MSO  Provided comments on CMS Proposed Rule to allow flexibility to help providers make use of CEHRT Work with users at all levels (providers, managers, front desk, billing, coding, and clinical support) across multiple clients in a variety of practices: solo and group; primary care, pediatrics, neurosurgery, breast surgery, general surgery, chest disease, behavioral health, cardiology  Enjoy good rapport with local Practice Managers who express appreciation for someone with real-world experience, “who’s been here” and “speaks the language” speeding communication with an understanding of the many factors in play during a major software implementation
