Responsible for supporting and maintaining all IT related systems including desktop environment, server environment, Level 2 systems, printers, network switches, wireless access points, cabling and connectivity, local PBX and IT related peripherals Installed and designed end-point client backup and disaster recovery plan for mission critical workstations using Acronis Backup Installed and configured Windows Storage Server as NAS Worked with staff to create Excel VBA macros to support daily data processing tasks Initiated and organized employee computer training for standard business systems (Excel 2010, Word 2010, and Outlook 2010) Maintain and support local Intertel PBX and Passpoint Door Security system Installed, configured and managed Apache, MySQL, and PHP on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Designed and developed dynamic web applications for local Quality department, shipping department and Maint/Engineering department using Javascipt, PHP and MySQL Configured and maintained IIS Server for custom digital signage web sites Designed and created schema and tables in MySQL for dynamic web applications; prepared sql scripts for javascript/PHP interface using Dreamweaver and MySQL Workbench
