Daily Duties at Cvs Heahth:
performed various workflow operations such as Data entry of Prescriptions, Labeling and Verifying in an accurate, and timely manner. - Proactively built relationships with community with led to and increase in sales by 37%,while driving down expenses on the P&L due to new technologies and efficiencies. -Successfully led the relocation operation of the Pharmacy to a new 10,000 SQFT prototype Pharmacy with consisted of the latest technology and serivces to our patients. This led to onboarding additonal staff, which in turn, became the training/Pilot store forthe entire district. -effectively onboarded and trained 8 Technicians, and 4 Pharmacists, 2 of which are now in regional, Multi-Unit Leadership roles within the company. -proactively built relationships with other healthcare providers in the area, to not only drive profitable sales for the building, but to collaborate with them to achieve optimal results for our patient base. -oversaw all Legal and Regulatory issues. - In charge of total Pharmacy operations. -Provided outstanding patient support and customer service my using soft skills and demonstrating empathy and patience to resolve and and all customer service issues.
