Daily Duties at Ingersoll Rand Company:
Managed the development and delivery of the programs and processes to drive the sales and marketing for the Monarch brand of security hardware. Monarch was a recent acquisition by IR and it was my primary responsibility to integrate the brand into the Ingersoll Rand portfolio.
