Daily Duties at Ingersoll Rand Company, Inc.:

Developed and managed an aftermarket service network and strategy to support Ingersoll-Rand Security Technology customers and channel partners in the U.S. and Canada. Developed and managed initial business plan and launch programming; Centralized eleven IR brands under one IR-branded market approach. My primary on-going responsibility after the initial business planning process was to build a sales pipeline and to train and manage the network of 38 service providers.
