Daily Duties at Ingersoll Rand Company, Inc.:

Developed and delivered the business plan and repeatable business processes to deliver safety and security solutions to the Retail vertical market. I was nominated by the President of Security Technologies to represent the Sector on the Chairman's Retail Solutions Corporate initiative. As part of a 15-person team we developed a complete business plan and rollout model in Four months. Once we presented the plan to the Board of Directors, we were asked to join the business as Directors for our Sector's individual businesses in this new organization.
