Daily Duties at Jm Family Enterprises:

 Managed regional multi-unit account operations for the seventh largest privately held Fortune 500 companies in the US at that time.  Responsible for Nebraska, Iowa, North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho; taking the region from five accounts to thirty-two in three years.  Developed, trained and coached personnel helping them to set and plan for success while using acknowledgement; awards and accountability processes  Identified and developed talent among team members with focused training efforts and targeted employee recruitment.  Developed new processes and trained associates to sell retail products through consultative processes.  Tested and implemented a new reporting tool that is used for accountability and measurement that is still used by the company today.  Structured and monitored multi-million dollar account investment portfolios including; succession planning, estate planning, and investments.
