Managed regional multi-unit account operations for the seventh largest privately held Fortune 500 companies in the US at that time. Responsible for Nebraska, Iowa, North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho; taking the region from five accounts to thirty-two in three years. Developed, trained and coached personnel helping them to set and plan for success while using acknowledgement; awards and accountability processes Identified and developed talent among team members with focused training efforts and targeted employee recruitment. Developed new processes and trained associates to sell retail products through consultative processes. Tested and implemented a new reporting tool that is used for accountability and measurement that is still used by the company today. Structured and monitored multi-million dollar account investment portfolios including; succession planning, estate planning, and investments.
