Daily Duties at International Systems Of America:

Managed a 15-member inside sales team and branch sales organization to drive $12.4M in product and service sales. Responsible for the development and management of a strategic marketing program to support Corporate and branch sale and marketing objectives. Most of my initial time was spent reviewing and analyzing the market and key account converge with the organization that I inherited- and filling the vacant positions and gaps in the organization. Additionally, I managed a complete re-branding and re-positioning of ISA including corporate identity,advertising, website, collateral, and strategic selling tools.
