Daily Duties at Aaf, International:

Managing the development and delivery of the strategic sales, marketing and business development programs to drive $30M in incremental revenue in Canada, Mexico and the United States gas turbine markets. This position focussed on managing a virtual regional sales team of eight managers and twelve distribution/ channel partners in the served trade area. When I assumed the leadership role, there was no formal business process, or sales and marketing tools to support the growth of gas turbine sales. My first actions were to create a strategic planning process for annual/ regional plans, develop a shared goal setting with the regional mangers and channel partners,and to create the marketing tools to support sales and business development activities including: New brand identity; new website; new brochures and collateral; new technical sales "selling process", and a regular reporting process on sales/ profitability progress to plan.
