Daily Duties at Natsource Asset Management:

 Expertly manage the daily operations of the three largest corporate Clean Development Mechanism projects. Analyze a set of interdependent contractual agreements to design a lifecycle process flow that included funding, inventory, expenses and budget forecasting and management.  Engage in the Financial Reporting alongside the controllers to prepare and present various reports on the monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Participated in the annual audit process of the various funds and accounts.  Direct the flow of funding through call for funds and escrow/settlement accounts, while adhering to established timelines. Facilitate inventory delivery to clients around the world through various registries and accounts.  Successfully manage a team of three. Allocate project management duties. Encourage periodic task rotations to increase overall transparency and general knowledge among team members. Facilitate weekly team meetings to promote team communication and progression of tasks. Review monthly bank and inventory account reconciliations.  Cultivate relationships with external and potential clients. Engage in phone and email communications with clients in all regions of the world. Maintain the highest level of respect for the client’s local culture when communicating status updates or requesting information.  Skillfully maintain updated forecast model of future deliveries while monitoring project performance with regulatory group. Periodic review of each project technical performance according to the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Engage in discussion to further enhance understanding of the science behind the Kyoto protocol.  Apprise Valuation Committee of developments by providing updates on project status, delivery and monthly issuance events. Combine the operational and regulatory data into a single easy to follow monthly report showing what has been achieved during the month, the current status of contracted projects, future market projections and any new developing projects.  Cohesively collaborate with IT developers to execute system design and testing. Communicate our group requirements for a new system to store project information, input variables and produce various reports for management, our clients and group analysis. Test the work in progress model and provide feedback on the system design and improvements. Implement the final product and present user tutorial for other groups and management.  Lead a weekly status update meeting with the CEO and CFO to communicate status reporting, raise questions and seek resolutions to any potential issues. Present and discuss annual review of my team including compensation and bonus proposals.
