Daily Duties at Foote Ltc Pharmacy:
Autonomously trained the Long Term Care Pharmacy staff of 3 pharmacies on how to utilize the accounts receivable system to appropriately capture prescription use. Served as “Lead” charged with the management of all duties and personnel for an entire shift. Effectively processed all of the Medicare Part A, Medicaid, and third-party billing as an AAIII or level three Administrative Assistant. Utilized proficiency in business analysis and analysis tools to ensure profitability. Successfully provided a diverse range of pharmacy support under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist including but not limited to: filling prescriptions, entering prescriptions and medication orders in a computer system, inventory, patient education, and collaboration with medical professionals including physicians, pharmacists, and nurses.
