Daily Duties at Allegiance Health :
Successfully implemented and executed the installation and utilization of pharmacy software including but not limited to: staff training, project coordination and management, and label design while serving as the Lead Technician and the Pyxis® Software Coordinator for all of Allegiance Health, a regional hospital and health system formerly known as Foote Health System. Served as a Liaison in the following roles: among Leadership for Outpatient and Inpatient projects, to the Quality Assurance Department to reorganize and streamline the pharmacy workflow, and lastly to Hospice Home Nurses and Administrators to create policies for pharmacy procedures. Obtained third-party insurance contracts for electronic insurance processing. On call 24 hours via a pager to assist with and resolve software issues.
