• Led a team of Maintenance Planners in the development of Integrated Asset Management Systems using Maximo EAM 4.11, encompassing assessment of current asset management system installation, business process improvement, maintenance strategy, and equipment data restructuring. • Developed Key Performance Indicators to measure and control activities in maintenance operations by utilizing MS- Access and ODBC to identify and link relevant available data from Oracle Database. • Advised the team and the I.T. group on implementation strategy of the new system including interfaces to Oracle Financials and Oracle Inventory/ Procurement as well as migration of existing maintenance data.
