Performed initial clinical assessment of clients’ pending approval of enrollment into North Carolina, CAP-C program. Provided continuing clinical assessment of client’s currently enrolled with North Carolina, CAP-C program. Provided clinical assessment of physical, mental and environmental status of client to provide total holistic view of clients’ condition for continuing CAP-C eligibility. Provided clinical evaluation of clients 0-20 years of age.
