• Perform project management oversight for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for State of Good Repair asset management projects to ensure that the grants are properly used for their intended objectives. Perform reviews, analyses and recommendations at various transit agencies and authorities across continental U.S.A. that are implementing federally-funded enterprise asset management systems to help ensure successful implementations. • Perform assessment of existing asset management systems at selected agencies. • Analyze current practices in asset management, recommend to-be business practices for transportation industry client, including development of Conceptual Engineering Report and Request for Proposal.
