Daily Duties at Emw, Inc:

• Remote and on-site Help Desk Technician to over 500 military and civilian personnel at the Base. Created secure and non-secure customer accounts and oversaw remote and on-site repairs. • Installed desktop, laptop, and printers on a network; experience with Windows XP, Active Directory, MS Office Professional. • Was part of a 6 person team with a Team Lead. Each individual team member on an assigned scheduled basis would rotate from the morning shift and work on the evening shift creating either the unsecured or secured accounts or both. The individual that was working the night shift would send out on a regular timed basis daily reports to higher echelon within the military units.
