Chemorganics Work Values

Daily Duties at Chemorganics:

Find ways to make clients' desired products or solve their operating problem and some proprietary processing owned by Chemorganics and used for various clients. My role is to draw on my experience to conceive of potential processes or problem solutions, conduct literature searching, computer modeling studies and conversations with professional contacts to validate concepts and plan experimental programs to test and demonstrate the process. I also support the process R&D by training technicians and other engineers who will participate and by locating and validating needed equipment vendors and outside labs who might provide specialized analytical procedures and instrumentation. My business role is to help develop economic evaluations for candidate processes, potential product or service pricing and overall project timing.
