Infusion staff nurse with intermittent charge nurse responsibilities, including assessments and patient education, triage of phone calls, initiate and implement plan of care, provide wound care, initiate IV and provide central line care, monitor for potential infusion reaction, institute infusion reaction protocol, complete daily quality assurance logs, maintain daily OSHA standards, complete required competencies for chemotherapy and biotherapy administration every 2 years, maintain CPR qualification, documentation of all care in EMR, communication with MD's, staff, ancillary personnel and patient, and audit outcomes.
