Daily Duties at The Growth Center:
Functioned as a Clinical Psychologist Intern, CAP, ADC, E-Therapist who was a group facilitator of Intervention Project for Nurses (IPN) (www.ipnfl.org.), and the Florida Medical Professional Group (FMPG) (www.fmpg.org.). Responsibilities included conducting weekly group sessions, development of individual treatment plans, psychological evaluation, and testing sessions, case management for impaired nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals in recovery. In addition, if necessary, services included family therapy. I also, facilitated private individual psychotherapy sessions, clinical assessment, testing, test interpretation, report writing, billing, and case management of individual patients. The delivery of services also included attending regional quarterly meetings, conferences and annual. Triage of impaired medical professionals into appropriate level of care throughout the state of Florida.
