Daily Duties at Serenity Mission:

Functioned as a Clinical Psychologist Intern, ADC, CAP, E-Therapist providing services to dual diagnosed (mentally ill and addicted) patients. Designed and implemented psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment plans, for patients who were admitted to Serenity Mission due to legal offenses through several county drug court programs. Completed psychological testing as a contracted vendor for Social Security Claims. Facilitated and designed chemical recovery groups programs for all populations this included Veterans, and family members. Other services provided attending meetings to collaborate with other court contracted agencies in addition to direct contact with law officials. Provided testing and assessments as a “Contract Vendor” for the Social Security Disability Administration. Developed program material and functioned as a weekly group facilitator and/or individual sessions for alcohol and substance dependency.
