Daily Duties at I Tility Llc:

• Managed diverse teams providing infrastructure support within an Architecture Engineer environment and field operations, delivering premier customer service in 24 manned sites and remote sites in support of DOD. Analyzes documents to determine corporate risk; prepares and provides alternative approaches to mitigate the risk. • Reviewed and analyzed contracts in area of assignment on a regular basis; advises managers regarding potential improvements or issues. Identifies course of action and works in conjunction with management to implement. Created additional approaches to other contracts. • Prepared appropriate contractual responses to meet applicable law and regulatory requirements as well as contractual requirements. Researched changes or revisions to understand approach. • Advised and providing support and assistance in proposals for new business. Created appropriate approach and draft documentation to facilitate process. • Maintains contractual documents, files, correspondence, meeting minutes and other appropriate and applicable documents and corresponding logs.
