Daily Duties at Saic:

● Responsible for managing activities for as many as 15 project controllers across several states. This included creation, maintenance, and reporting of EACs, opening/closing/assigning charge numbers, distributing task authorizations for employees, and performing revenue analysis for various contract types. ● Managed and supervised the project control team in schedule maintenance, analysis, and reporting; development of resource Loaded Networks (RLN) and Work Break-down Structure (WBS), in order to provide the best level of support to program and line management. Utilized MS Project & PS8 Scheduling tools to track programs which contained earned value elements. ● Responsible for project control reporting, tracking and analyzing functions on several types of contracts containing multiple subcontractors; helped in the setup of bi-weekly financial reports for the Program, Operation, and Division Managers, as well as the individual task leaders; assisted in developing Task Delivery Order process with cost and profit analysis; served as program interface between finance, contracts, and subcontracts administrators throughout the company. Assisted in the development of project schedules and estimates at completion. ● Prepared monthly and quarterly cost reports for both the customer and the company. Had extensive interaction with senior level management, internal staff and subcontractors. Analyzed cost and schedule variances in preparation for compiling reports. Updated cash flow figures, staffing, and program performance data. Assisted with price to win analysis. Reported revenue and billing projections, and, monitored backlog. Tracked and updated B&P and IR&D budgets. Created specialized spreadsheets to improve streamline information and improve processes.
