Daily Duties at De Puy Synthes:
Drive top line sales and lead the region to the successful achievement of annual sales goals and objectives; Develop and execute tactical business plans including quotas and account objectives for the region; Analyze and define the CMF business for each individual territory to maximize opportunities, enhance partnerships, develop strategic accounts, and convert competitive business; Coach and manage the performance and development of all sales consultants in the region; Ensure effective business execution and drive growth for both the CMF and thoracic business segments; Drive portfolio selling with effective implementation of pricing strategies following company guidelines and strategic direction; Recruit, develop and retain top talent, including selection, hiring, performance management, development, retention, and succession management; Identify and recommend territory expansion opportunities throughout the region; Support and ensure compliance with all company and industry sales policies and procedures; Promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity, and actively support compliance related initiatives and activities.
