- Research and reported on all problems, actions, turnaround times, root-causes, and recommendations to help production support with avoiding reoccurrences. - Provide support via bank’s software developers to Banking Systems, Credit Systems, and Touch Points such as ATMs, CitiAlerts, and Citibank Online systems. - Coordinate the implementation of TRIAD project, working closely with business users in the compliance department to improve credit risk management. - Took an initiative to revamp legacy utilities to increase the productivity of the production support department.
