Daily Duties at Ministry Of Education:
- Assess the as-is state of the Ministry of education contact center having more than 35 staff to answer calls coming from the public, hence design a "to-be" state and define initiatives that reduce the operating budget of MOE CC from AED 3.7m to around AED 1.2m in two years. - Conduct benchmarking visits with RTA and Dubai Municipality to ensure that MOE adopts best practices in providing customer service. - Manage the project of relocating the Contact Center infrastructure from Abu-Dhabi to Dubai. - Manage the delivery of variety of business and IT projects in alignment with stakeholders’ interests. - Conduct training sessions for around 40 senior users to effectively collaborate with MOE CC staff in-order to respond to inquiries and suggestions as well as resolve complaints. - Recruit, train, and Lead Contact Center new Staff. - Design a service capacity in alignment with the demand coming from the public to connect with the ministry to inquire, complain, or make a suggestion. - Work with the Quality team to establish an incentive scheme to encourage Ministry employees suggestions. - Ensure adhering to the SLAs identified by director of strategic planning for responding to complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.
