Daily Duties at Inter Globe Technologies:

- Define a scope for a service offering to be executed by a 16 member team for a strategic account. - Manage the defined scope and grow the account, creating further opportunities driven by client's needs. Review of project proposals from a delivery governance and risk management perspective. - Facilitate the bi-weekly steering committee meetings with client's senior and executive management. Coordinate the creation of Quarter Business Review presentations. - Guide and mentor Project Managers and other team members, providing advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle; - Ongoing risk assessment and financial monitoring of assigned projects and the provision of portfolio health reporting to management. - Ensure projects are started on a firm footing by assisting and driving project kickoffs and, where necessary, providing senior program management expertise onsite during the initial project phases; - Onsite intervention as and when needed in challenged projects to stabilize the project and support the team to regain the customer’s trust
