Daily Duties at Rochester Comm. & Tech. College:
Provide technology vision and strategic leadership for the College, including policy and process development and implementation, executive management covering all information technology and media-related instruction, administrative, and academic computing needs of the institution. Developed and implemented annual IT strategic and tactical management processes of institution and instructional strategies and directions for the College as a whole. The IT staff of 16 supported the FTSE of 8000 with a budget of $5 million.
