Provided financial and SAP support to a regional multi-disciplinary Vice-President, 24 managers and 140 staff inclusive of building the annual business plan (total annual spend of $100MM); monthly/quarterly actual-to-budget analysis/reporting and forecasting; monthly accounting; presentations to management; ongoing training on new financial systems/processes; regional functional cost reporting; and other projects assigned by the Strategic Cost Leadership Manager.
