One of a two-person team performing cost control for the Valero St. Charles Hydrocracker Project ~ $1.7B that has 3 ISBL units, 25 OSBL projects, 6 main project managers and approximately 450 vendors/2,300 purchase orders. Liaison with ISBL and OSBL project managers, external contractors, procurement and accounting to compile information required to track project expenditures; update, challenge and monitor project performance against estimates for engineering, civil/structural, mechanical and electrical/instrumentation scopes of work; and project monthly cash flows.
