Daily Duties at World Commerce Corporation:

On my first year I only supervised the imported frozen beef and seafood. Scheduling vessels with ship lines such as CCT, Seaboard Marine, Crowley and Others. Coordinated documentation with Custom Broker to comply with FDA and USDA regulations. Coordinate and Negotiate rates with different Cold Storage in Miami. Supervise inventory control. Dispatch of orders to customers. Physically inspected cold storage warehouse to detect any anomalies and quality control assurance under extreme cold temperature ambient (-25* F). Processed claims against Ship Lines and Warehouses. Negotiated and assigned the best reliable Insurance Company and review policy. Solicited quoting request to manufactures and suppliers. Procurement for export products. Elaborated draft Ocean Bill of Lading and Airway Bills. Reported shipments to Insurance Company. Physically assigned to supervise unloading of frozen seafood in Bulk Tank Vessel to check quantity of the goods received and quality assurance at South River Drive Port in Miami.
