Daily Duties at Conusa Corporation:

On the first stage coordinated and monitored shipments from Spain to DC in Ga, PA, LA, and Chicago. Received purchase orders from sales and entry into a computerized system called (System 36), made sales/inventory/transit orders/accounts receivables report. Customer credit check prior shipment and then invoice. Responsible of the accounts receivables, received payments from customers and make deposit into the company checking account and report it to Accounting Department. Prepared end of the months reports for all different departments including Executives. Negotiate freight rates and claims with carriers and private warehouses. Physically visited Distributions Centers for semi/annual inventory, damaged/spoiled product and warehouse conditions and handling.
